Every single one of us has something we would like to change or improve on. It can be hard to find ways to go about changing tough things in our life’s. Keep reading to learn about my top 7 goals to improve your life.
1. Create a gratitude journal. This can help you track your feelings, thoughts, plans and ideas. Journaling is found to be calming and helps quiet a busy mind. Having a gratitude journal helps you realize how many blessings you have in your life
2. Reach out to someone. Reaching out to others can help you get advice and input. Talking to other people is also a great way to get bottled up emotions out and help you focus on what matters.
3. Organize. This may be your room, house, photos, files, folders, phone, anything. Having things organized lessens confusion and stress.
4. Declutter your house. Remove things that you don’t need, use, or want. Having less stuff helps you have a clearer mind and cleaner house.
5. Drink more water. Your health is important, and many of us are dehydrated. This can make you feel more tired, hungry, and unhappy. Try drinking around 6-8 glasses of water a day.
6. Start a new hobby. Having a hobby that you can do is wonderful for calming stress and unease. It’s important to have something to look forward to and to keep busy. Get out there and try something new- you never know, you may love it.
7. Have routines. Having a morning/night routine helps you stay organized, focused and causes less stress.
